FIVE detailing discussion
• discussion and confirm all built-
in furniture, wires and finishing materials
with client.
• owner needs to initial all the drawings
before start the renovation.
SIX renovation stage
• construction site will be monitored by
designer for all detail workings off & on the
spot.
